WHAT IT ALL TAKES

There is an interesting thing, Jesus spoke before he released his desciples to go to the world to preach the gospel. Let's read the book of Mark.

Mark.16.17 - And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
Mark.16.18 - They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Wow! That's great. Here you see the great power and the potential I carry as the person who has believed in Jesus Christ. And as he said, it has to be so. All people who believe on the work of the cross carry the same power. And that's the real meaning of Christianity. Without that you see no difference from other religions.

Apart from true love, hope, assurance of erernal life among others, the manifestation is what differentiates a person who speaks in the name of Jesus Christ and who uses other names.
For example you may train yourself to pray as many times a day as you can but your prayers, if they are not by the name of Jesus Christ, they won't raise the dead, they won't cause the lame walk etc.

But what is the trend nowday. Are people of this generation comfortable of what is taking place? Are we comfortable that we enter into churches with diseases and we come out the same? Are we comfortable that we bargain when coming the issue evangelism? Is it not written that Gospel is the power of God that leads into salvation? Is it right that God gave us an ability to command all the things(all the things!) and that they should follow our order? Then why the small circumstances frustrate us that we can't speak a thing to rectify till we call a certain man of God? It's not a bad thing to pray with others however, but, in all things?

Then; are we expecting to encounter the revelations Paul encountered? Are we expecting to be caught to the third heaven and see things that cannot be uttered by human as Paul wrote in 2Corinthians 12:2-4. The things beyond the normal spectrum of human being. If Paul didn't find any man to share such revelations, could he find in this generation or still the whole generation could pass without such men?

Could we find men like Peter in this generation? The man whom Jesus himself said on this rock I will build my church?
Matt.16.18 - And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

The man who had such an intimate relationship with Jesus? Look on what happened when Jesus asked the desciples on how people call him. Then he turns to them and asks how do you call me. Look on such circumstance. Only peter answered rightly
Matt.16.15 - He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
Matt.16.16 - And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
Matt.16.17 - And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

Can Jesus recommend you to hear certain information though he has sent it among the people you are in like what he was doing to Peter?
Mark.16.7 - But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.

Do we have people like James? People like John in this days' church. Yes we have but not as many as how it should be! Something has to be done.

Every person in this generation must have renewal of mind, to make him turn from how we take the things of God so lightly to the level that God can turn around and believe us with great things. To make clear all things are already made available for us but what is needed to put ourselves ready vessels to carry such things.

To become normal christian is simple but to navigate in the great supernaturals of God, will require high level of discipline, consistence and learning.

In explaining the great wonders and miracles, God was doing through her, one of generals of God, woman of God, Kathryn Kuhlmans once said "anyone can get what I have if they are ready to pay the price"
Jesus himself told his desciples
Matt.16.24 - Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

This will involve purgation process where the branches of yours(people you associate with, things you loved but hindering you from advancing in the kingdom) have to be cut down to make you bear many fruits. It will also involve convertion from carnality to spiritual or we can totally say transformation from natural person to supernatural person. The person whom the flesh will be dead and the spirit is greatly activated.

But, these all won't happen from nowhere. They need us to initiate the process.
